The water treatment has been around for quite some time and has been ever changing. Corporate consolidations and foreign acquisitions have resulted in two primary types of water treatment companies. One group being smaller regional companies that typically rely 100% on the skills of their local representation and have minimal capabilities beyond selling a drum of chemical. The other group are the very large corporations that often struggle with the flexibility and customization that's required to deliver value to the market.

We feel we bring the best of both worlds to the market. Backed by the expansive capabilities of our parent company, Apollo Technology Group LLC, our field personnel can focus on delivering truly unique and customized solutions for each customer and their applications. Some applications may require solely chemicals, others solely equipment, others design changes and others a blend of any of the above. Our field personnel have an expansive set of tools at their disposal and corporate support to deliver on our promises.

Our Custom Fab Solutions division has provided specialty fabricated components, subassemblies, and systems to the semiconductor industry for more than 45 years. Through delivery of the exact technology demanded by this industry, Custom Fab Solutions has developed processes, value added services, and equipment to meet the rigorous requirements of semiconductor technology manufacturing. Building on that extensive knowledge base and a foundation of quality and customer satisfaction, we have continued to grow the services and capabilities of the company. As demand for our products and services has grown, the company has invested in the facilities, equipment, and human resources in the areas of engineering, plastic/metal fabrication, electropolishing/passivation, and specialty welding. Our markets have become much more broad than just our original semiconductor beginnings. Our Integrated Delivery Systems (IDS) division designs and manufactures high purity aqueous and solvent blending/distribution/recovery systems for the semiconductor and related markets. Based out of Poughkeepsie, NY, IDS has installed over 500 chemical systems at leading integrated circuit manufacturers. The equipment is used to supply high purity chemicals to the photolithographic, etch, cleaning, and CMP areas of the fab. The applications of our technology range from bulk tanker unloading, to chemical blending/delivery/recovery, to wet benches, to specialty R&D. ProcessEye is our remote monitoring, control and data reporting platform that strives to be simple, secure, universal, reliable and economical (S²URE^TM). Many industrial processes are running with minimal oversight, resulting in negative impacts in reliability and operational efficiency. Our ProcessEye offering allows our customers to gain visibility into their systems, and decouples the information on their systems from 3rd party companies that try to use this as a barrier to entry.
